Recognize the flavours of a wine which you taste with the blind man, that will enable you to locate Type of vines the component. The Principal Flavour appears after a more detailed olfactive examination. The Late Flavour appears after oxidation of the wine in empty glass. Feel your glass by agitating it (Immediate Flavour of the first nose and Defects). Feel then your glass by agitating it with more attention (Principal Flavour). After tasting, feel your empty glass (Late Flavour and new flavours). Click on Flavour of a red wine or Flavour of a white wine to start.
